I take 200mgs of lamitical and I am wanting to get off this can I just stop taking it and what would be the best way to do this. Thank you

I would suggest contacting your physician first and see what he or she has to say concerning getting off the medication. We are not doctors here and should not be giving out the advice that would normally be given by a physician, especially concerning medications. To even try to give such advice is foolish and potentially very dangerous!
