    Prism 3d.exe message
    My son is unable to play "18 Wheels of Steel: Convoy" by ValuSoft, he keeps getting message "Prism 3d. exe has encountered a problem and needs to close".
    What action is required to solve this problem?
    Much appreciated for any help on this mystery.
