Breaking up with someone, heart breaking
Basically I've only been with my boyfriend for 2 months, but its not working for many reasons. I have a horrible feeling he is seriously taking advantage of me in many many ways and all he is after is sex and money. He says he loves me and I mean the world to him, he needs me, he adores me, his life is perfect when I'm in it, he couldn't be without me, etc etc but it just not working for me.

I'm the type of person who worries a lot and I'm petrified to break his heart, if he means the above, but some things in the relationship I can't hack, and I feel trapped at unhappy at times.

Does anyone know how I can break it to him, help me with words. What I worry about most if he is the type of person who doesn't take things easily. We work in the same shop but different hours, I'm worried people will hate me as he is liked in work, probably more than I am. Its really difficult!

"Tell him in person, when you are alone and sure not to be interrupted." See more here:

Talk to him like you did here. Do not hide what you feel. First priority is your wellbeing not his. You will hurt him more if you don't be honest with him. Treat him like you want others treat you

I just kind of rephrased what you posted, but I think it's a good idea to tell him what you told us. That way, you won't try the famous "I want to be friends" line, that'll just break the guy's heart. I know she broke my heart when she broke up with me using that line. Honesty is the best in your case, keep us posted though. Good luck!

Just be straight up with him. If your not happy, there's no need to sugar coat it. And if he feels like he's doing more harm than good in the relationship and that he really loves you, he'd step up.
