What do you call the person that works in billing in the hospital? You know the one that calls or talks to people about bills.

There are Financial Counselors... but for general billing, its just the "Billing Department" or "Medical Billers". Hospitals will have several employees in this department doing the same work. If you need a supervisor, just ask for the "Billing Supervisor".

Most have a service window that patients can walk up to and speak with someone. Private meetings can always be arranged as well.
