    Furnace turn on sequence
My Bryant Furnace works OK, except that it doesn't seem to be firing up in the proper sequence. Pilot light should ignite and then a short time later burners should ignite and blower should start. As unit is now, blower starts same time as pilot light goes on and then after a few seconds the burners turn on. I had a furnace tech out and he suggested I change the ignitor box, which I did. Didn't fix problem! Tech says he doesn't have any idea what is causing problem, but thanks for the $85.00 anyway.

    Any ideas?

Does it have a 3 wire auto pilot? Many older Bryants started the fan on timer sequence when voltage went to gas valve, the auto pilot is what sends the voltage to gas valve in these older models. I'm guessing auto pilot or gas valve issues.
