Hi, Since Friday evening, after using the internet fine all day. The message: The requested look up key was not found in any active activation context.meaning I cannot access Google, emails or the like! Please help

What triggers the error message?

I see lots of info on that message... it seems the easiest fix is to switch to Firefox.

... or reinstall IE: Internet Explorer: Get It Now

Thanks for that, but tried that one and won't let me download the message still comes up!
