    If someone is charged with.
    1 COUNT / Possession of sales. < METH>
    1 COUNT / Maintaining a residence for the distibution and sale of <METH>
    4 COUNTS / FELONY child abuse.
    And she turned down the PLEA of GUILTY to get a one year sentence is she going to PRISON if found guilty by a JURY. This case is out of contra Costa county in the city of Martinez,Ca. *** email address removed** we wish all material be posted, no off the board answers***Thank You for your time.

    Of course they are going to prison if found guilty of all of that. And normally for a lot more than one year, that is why the plea deal would have been really great. Most likely 5 or so years would be my guess, but then that is just a guess. If they offered 1 year you know they were looking at 2 or 3 years anyway.

    She will get jail time, and lose custody of the kids, if they were the ones sited in the indictment. Each count is worth 3-5 years, consecutively, meaning back to back. A year is a great bargain, depending on the evidence.
