    Very constipated
So I made a doctors appointment which is not for another 2 weeks (I don't know if I can wait that long)... I have been feeling very constipated and extreemly bloated and have minor heartburn I also pee every time I have a small drink of water. Sometime the pain also travels to my lower back I just feel like I'm extreemly bloated... I don't want to start thinking pregnancy because my period is not for another week or so but does anyone know anything that would make feel better till I see the doctor... I tried antiacids and gas reducers... nothing is helping.. I tried eating prune to make me go to the bathroom didn't work.. I'm in pain if anyone knows anything to help please tell me

Now anyone may correct me if Im wrong but I do believe(in case you are) that if you are pregnant you are not supposed to use laxatives cause it can be harmfull to the baby. Don't know if you are but just saying in case.

    Hi, Shams,
    Have you considered Senaca?
They will not harm you, or if pregnant, the baby.
Senaca is natural. If you go for another two weeks without a bowel movement, it will be much more severe trying to relieve it
I am not a doctor, but are familiar with others who cannot go for some period. Sometimes, someone must put on gloves and manually start removing stools.
Senna Lax is Rite Aid's own lable, and is available at Rite Aid for around $9. Take two in the morning, and two at night. Get only the brand that says ingredients (on the back) is senaca only, nothing else.
If that doesn't work, you might consider giving yourself an enama, using an over-the-counter "pack", which is a small plastic bottle. Ask a pharmacist about them. After inserting and sqeezing the bottle in the "appropriate place" in the body, takes about 5 to 7 minutes to soften the stools, then be sure to be sitting on a toilet! These enamas contain mineral oils, which are not harmful.
I do wish you the best of luck. Also, you might call your doctor's office, ask him/her, or their nurse, what they think about the enama idea.
