First this is a great home business.

    1. be sure your home can be zoned for commercial, you may have to apply for a variance in zoning, which will require a meeting, notification of your neighbors, the ability to supply required parking needs.

1a. If you can't get zoning permission to have a business, nothing else much matters.

    2. get a business license if you don't already have one,

    3. be sure your home owners insurance has an amendment to allow part time business in home. There will be a small extra fee, but it will cover the liability of customers in the home, which would not be covered under standard home owners. Also be sure your camera equpment also have a specic coverage, since business equipment has a limit on most policies.

    4. you may want to review how customers will come into your home, and how they will have access to a siting area, the photo area, and a restroom.
Sadly not all customers may be "honest" so things that can be picked up and so on may need to be put away.

These are just a few thoughs, I am sure others will have a lot more
