What can I do if I can't afford a laywer and the Mother/court won't let me see my son
My sons mother moved after I spend the first 2 years of his life with him. She wanted me to have nothing to do with him. She only did it because DOR wanted to with her being on welfare. In that time she moved and I couldn't find her and my son. I just recently went to court and filled a case to see my son. I spent a year and a half looking for my son, filled all the paperwork they told me to. Now the worcester court system is tell me that I have to pay for a lawyer to fight to see my son. I can't afford a lawyer with the income that I have, but really miss my son. What can I do?

Yes, check out legal aid society, don't know where you live, there are a dozen worchesters that I know of. But in the US you don't have to have an attorney, but often you won't win without one.
