I'm trying to remember this show I watched . It was about a pig named Milton who wore a blue shirt and hat. He had a friend named douglas. Douglas was some kind of rodent but I don't remember exactly what he was. They would walk around and go places together such as the park. This was a cartoon on playhouse disney in the late 90s.
