    Freezing Food
I would like to know if I can refreeze home made bean soup.
The ingredients are ham, potatoes, onions. It has not
Thawed completely. Thanking you for your help.

Do you mean the soup has already been frozen and thawed? I would not
    Re-freeze this soup.

I refer you to the Guide to Refreezing Thawed Food -

I always go by the rule if its been frozen after cooking then don't re freeze the bacteria will be at a all-time high and to re freeze and re heat would cause them to escalate into crazy amounts its just not worth the worry.

Once food is thawed you MUST throw any remaining food away. It is a breeding ground for bacteria and will probably make you sick if you re freeze, thaw and eat again.
