Where do you think it is all supposed to go?

Some of it goes in her vagina and uterus and then comes back out.
Depending on what stage she is at in her monthly cycle, the sperm can get through the cervix and into the uterus and fallopian tubes. Most of the sperm eventually come back out due to gravity and muscle contractions.

You can read through this article on Go Ask Alice:

Sperm is only a small part of the seminal fluid... and the seminal fluid will loose its viscosity
After a minute or so in the body and will become more liquid... and will flow right out...

Also, as stated above by Shygrneyzs - it does NOT all go in the uterus and becime absorbed like a sponge... pregnancy depends on only one of millions of sperm getting to the egg - the rest do not disappear inside... it's NORMAL for ejaculate to come out... towel off or rub it in (it will dry quickly)... but relax... it's part of life... and if you are 19 or younger - I'd advise focusing on school and future career first... good luck.

What does being on birth control have to do with gravity?

    What don't you understand?

    Choux
Ejaculate material, which contains other secretions in addition to sperm, is a liquid and will run downhill.

I suppose if you stood on your head, it would remain in your vagina. :)

It's good you're on birth control, I hope your boyfriend has not been hoping around others without a condom. Stds
As far as as his semen coming back down, it does not get sucked up and stay in there. I suggest you read up on sexuality.
