    Yeah, if you sneak in by crossing the rio grand.

    I don't know if Mexico allows felons to enter the country but I know America doesn't.

    My guess is no, but it depends on how long ago the felony charge was, call the closest Mexican consulate and ask them.

    Sure you can get into Mexico if you are a felon. If you want to get a job and live there that's a different story.

    Yes, I don't believe Mexico has any restrictions on vists. Some nations have restrictions, so you need to check with their embassy before going.

    But excon is right ( at least back when I lived there) the entire nation operated on bribes. At out business, we gave several a month so that everything from trash to police to electric worked properly. Not big bribes.
    When our trucks went toward customs coming back into the US, not the US immigration, but on the mexico side, if the truck drivers gave the agents a few dollars, they came up to the front of the line, and did not have to wait in line.
