18 year old out of control.
Help!! She got my house robbed 3X. Last incident 1/9/08. The police are doing nothing. She has put her hands on me. She is just mean to me and my 10 year old. My 10 year old was afraid to come home yesterday. I have a sick mother and sitter and can't take much more. Can I put her out of my home? HOW?

... first of all, how'd she get your house "robbed"?

Need more info on the relationship between you and the 18 year old.

If you life is in danger and you are scared for your safety, do what you have to do, to protect yourself first, if it was me, the locks would be changed and they would be out.

Also why are the police doing nothing, have you called them when you were assaulted and robbed each time, have you tried going to the court house for a order of protection ?

She has unapproved company while I am at work. I took the keys 2 days ago. She has been a terror off and on for 4 yrs. The first robbery was in 2004. They always take electronics. The second Robbery was 2 weeks ago. The third on Wednesday. The det. Told me last night that she probably gave her so called friends the property so I cannot get a Police Report. The locks will be changed on Saturday. I have a lock on my room door and my sons door. What will happen if I put her out and she calls the police? I will go to Family Court on MOnday. Thanks for responding.

Put her out, and use the police reports as proof, as to the dangers she poses. 18 is an adult, and you are not responsiblefor them.

Thank you so much. I have no problem with putting her out. I have an appointment tomorrow for a lock change.
