My home is in foreclosure, we previously borrowed on my husband 401k but were unable to keep up with payments due to income change . I recently took on a new career as a nurse& recently started new job. We would like to take our money out of 401k to restructure but were told husband would have to quit job. We would really like to keep our home. Any suggestions? Someone recommended chapter 13, Is it to late?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Contact a bankruptcy atty. Try to see if you can refinance based on your new income. Check with 401K again. You can do a hardship withdrawall to forestall foreclosure.

If the home is not actually foreclosed on, normally a chapter 13 can save it, if you are able to make the payments NOW, plus a amount to catch up what you are behind.

Now you will have to include all of your debts, so if youhave a lot of credit card debts, they will pay them off at a percentage and of course get rid of all your credit cards so you can learn to live without them.
