We Have A Puppy Miniature Dachsund Who Will Not Pee Outside Very Well. Any Suggestions?

Some puppies take longer than others. You did not say how old though and how often you take outside. You have to keep taking them outside... that's the real trick here. If you take them outside and they do pee, then lavish the praise on them by telling them they are wonderful and petting them. They start associating peeing with you're happy with them. They should want to please you more the more you praise them. Some puppies are just like kids - they take a bit longer to get used to the potty thing.
