I copied some photos to a cd using nero, then a little while later I added some further photo's, I thought I had used append but on reflection I might not have. I can now only see the latest photos although when I go into Nero it shows the other files are there but cannot view them. Is there anyway of rescuing these files/pictures.

If you put that CD in and open Nero, do you have the option to 'Finalize' or 'Close' the CD?

Hi, I am not at home right now so cannot confirm that option. As far as I can remember I don't think it would allow me to do that.

I also use Nero; it's Nero Express 5.5.
I can continue adding to a CD-R, and it does let me view the past files.
As another said, open your Nero, and look to see if you can finalize or close the CD.
That might allow you then to see all the files.
The Roxio Easy CD Creator free program use to be the same way, would not let you view files from say the 1st. Burning... could only view from the last copying or burning of a file batch. Don't know if it's the same now or not. That's why I went to Nero.
What version do you have?
