I have had a lot of pain in my breasts like almost unbearable pain headaches backache nauseas and I have missed my period 4 days ago I took a test and it was negative but this morning when I woke I took another one and it was positive if I am pregnant this is my first pregnancy so any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you, kate

If the test was positive, you are pregnant. I assume congrats are in order.

If you are not already, you need to get on a prenatal vitamin. Folic acid is necessary to aid in the prevention of neural tube defects such as spina bifida.

Oh, and call the doctor to make your first prenatal appointment.
