Ask Me Help Desk - Who is it?

My dad past away in 1999 and my father in law past in 2004 and a friend a month ago ,the last few years my wind chimes will chime by themselves( there is no wind or air) and my snow globes play by themselves, I feel like someone is watching me and I sometimes see a shadow out of the corner of my eye, when these things happen my dog will go crazy barking at the spot. I'm not crazy or hallucinating,my husband has been here a few times when these things happen.How can I communicate with this spirit without bringing in unwanted spirits ? I want to know who it is and if they need help?:confused:

Did any of the people you mentioned have any ties to the objects that you wrote about? What type of feelings do you get when these things happen?

There are no ties to the objects ,one of the times w/ the snow globes I thought it was my father in law , another time my husband and I were talking about our dads and I went into the kitchen and one of the globes started playing I kindof thought about both of them. With the windchimes I don't really think about anyone I hope its my dad but I don't know and the same when I feel like someone is watching me or when I see shadows,I just hope its my dad.

My thoughts on it are that there might be more than one spirit checking in on you. Did the two, father and father-in-law know each other? Were they worried about something going on with you when they were alive? Or did they try to look out for you in comforting ways?

I don't think it seems as if there is any need for help from them, because the messages seem to be more peaceful and just letting you know of the presence. Maybe it is a message that they would want you to know. Related to your worry for them in the past.

I find this type of topic very interesting, although it goes against every scientific evidence based type of course I have ever taken... so please note that I am only answering out of my feelings on the matter... I think there are a whole lot of things for which there is no scientific knowledge, so... I want to keep my mind open...

No they didn't know each other, my dad was very protective of his children, my father in law always said he never worried about us, but he was very protective of his son also. Since this started I have been really trying to find anything related to life after death. I just really want to know. Is there a way to connect with the dead?

Many people believe that there is. I'm hoping that others will post on here with their knowledge, I could learn from it as well.

Before my grandfather died, he made the statement that he wished a strong wind would come up and get rid of everything on his property. He was upset about junk piles and the condition of things that some of his family had messed up and he was no longer able to do the work. He looked me in the eye, and said I mean it, and it could happen. Well, he died in July, and in November, the biggest tornado on record for that area, came and wiped out everything. None of the family was hurt. In the aftermath, a picture of him standing by a rose bush he had planted was found... right in the spot he had been standing in when the picture was taken, beside the rose bush, and in the very same location where he was at when he told me he wanted a strong wind to come and blow everything away.

I think there are certainly signs of communication with the other side, but as for a specific plan, I don't know. Each person would have a different avenue for appearing.

When these things happen for you, just feeling that they are there might help. I would also feel that it was a good thing. When you're alone, think about them, and any messages you might want to share. Do something that they would have liked. As an example, if they liked a certain color, then decorate something in honor of them... little things to show you are thinking of them and what was important for them. That would seem to be the way to get more in touch...
