Strange difference in the body of my ball python.
I have a 4 1/2 foot ball pyton named Trinity. I have had her since she was a few weeks old, and I got her from our local pet store. Right now she is about 10 yrs. Old. I have all the proper care for a snake, big tank, water bowl, heat, light, little cave she goes under all the time... but that's not my issue. We do feed her medium rats ever 3-4 weeks, but about 2 weeks ago I put the rat in there and she would not eat it, the rat just kept sniffing her nose and crowling on her and around her and she just would not eat it so I took it out and still till this day she will not eat... and I know snakes will hibernate and there have been times where she will stay in her little cave for months without comeing out or eating... but in the past few days I've noticed that her whole body is rounded now and before the top was rounded but the bottom stomach was like flat... and then today I noticed she is breathing more heavily... she has had a upper respirtory infection for years were she just makes this little weezin sound every once in a while. Can someone give me an answer on to what is going on with her... should I be worried... or am I just nutts.. lol??

Take her to a vet that handles exotic animals. This does not sound good.
