How can you change a unfair visitation schedule
My husband and I have sole custody of his daughter, but the court awarded that we have to take her to see her mother for 4 hours every Sunday - her mother is now unemployed and has no drivers license (all her own doing) It is over an hour drive each way. We can no longer attend church, attend family functions and spend time with the other three children as they do not want to sit in a car for over 6 hours each Sunday. She lives in such a remote area that there is literally nothing to do for the 4 hours she is visiting with the child. Undue hardship only refers to financial - although it is an expense drive with gas prices now - but on what grounds can we get the court order changed?
