Halo my breastmilk is running out.My baby is now 7months old,I would really want to breastfeed until he is 1 1/2 years.what do I do to increase my milk:confused:

Put your baby to your breast as often as you can. The suckling will stimulate breasts to make more milk. Get plenty of sleep.

If you can't get your baby to breastfed more often to stimulate the milk maybe you could try a breast pump and put the milk in the fridg.

Brewers Yeast

Fenugreek
