What do most girls/women look for? I keep trying to "figure out" girls but nothing comes to light.

Be yourself and have patience. It will happen when the time is right. Women want all kinds if different things.. think about what you want so you feel fulfilled and happy in the end.

There are some of us that are just born with the natural ability to be comfortable around women... knows what to say, when to say it, and how to say it... and there are just some of us who have to work at it.

First there is no one "girl", there are all sorts who want or look for different things. You have to be yourself first and above all, and next be honest what you are looking for also.
