    What is length of time
    Creditor got judgement on me. Wanted to know how many years in Georgia does a cditor have. Before by law they can't do anything

    What is length of time in years in Georgia does a creditor have to pursue a debt. Before there is nothing he can do afterwards.

    In most States once they have a Judgment they can collect forever - there is no statute on collecting. Most Judgments, if they are in a State where they expire, can simply be renewed.
