I recently bought a used computer from a fellow employee. With the PC I also got a Canon BJC-2000 printer and two speakers. My first and most important problem is I can't get my printer to work. It is plugged in but when I try to turn on the printer nothing happens.
My second problem is I can't figure out where to plug my speakers into on my PC which is a HP Pavilion. As you can see by user name I am not to smart when it comes to setting these things up as I've always just sat down and started typing, surfing, etc.. I tried to find some help on the net but to no avail. Would appreciate any and all assistance I can get.

Hi the speakers go into a green socket on the back it should be and the printer may not have ink in try that if you mean it turns on but your computer won't reconise it but it makes noise or moves back and forward etc then you need the drivers. If so post back with what O/S (Operating System) you are on e.g. windows xp windows 98 etc

When you say you turn on the printer, "nothing happens".
Are there any lights on the printer that light up? Such as a green "power on" light?
