I am trying to find out if Elixir Industry, with addresses in Las Vegas, NV (for tax purposes I'm guessing) and Orange, CA, manufacturers of EZorb, is the parent company or a subsidiary. Their web site is devoid of any information about company officers, contact phone numbers for the various departments, etc. They only list the NV address with a toll-free phone number.

If a company is privately held, is there any way to get financial data or do I need to contact the company directly?

Regarding Dunn and Bradstreet, does every company have a D&B number? Would it be worth my while to see if D&B have any info on this company?

Have you used the contact message board off their web site.

If you contact their 800 number they should be willing to supply other info.

Thre is another company by a very similar name same name in CA and NV but they are not related, ** it was confusing
