    My brother volated felony probation 15 years ago.do you think there's a warrant for his arrest.it was a third degree felony. He has only one felony. What do u think.

    There could be. It's hard to know for sure. But if there is one and they haven't found him after 15 years, then it's obviously not high on the priority list.

    If he violated his probation and absconded, then there's a warrant out for his arrest.

    There is definitely a warrant out. As soon as he violated probation, his PO got a warrant issued. This is just SOP, its automatic.

    Obviously, the crime was not high priority which is why he's remained free. Also 15 years ago, there was not the level of info sharing there is now. So the warrant may be buried someplace. But your brother has to stay under the radar.
