Hi there! I do understand you wanting to gain weight to achieve a certain look. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be the best we can be physically as well as emotionally, mentally and spiritually. All of these areas make up who we are. My main concern is that you accept yourself for who you are. We can always find something about our bodies that we do not like. I am not saying that what you are wanting is not right for you. I just want you to try to achieve your goal through healhty means. You say that you do not eat healthy and that may be one of the issues. Our bodies are designed to work their best eating healthy foods. I hope the following link will help you.

The following link has some good tips along with a list of high calorie foods that are still healthy, in order to gain weight. I hope some of this information proves helpful.
Reading this, I realize, as with any other plan, one must be committed to doing it as instructed and eating healthy foods to accomplish your goal.

My son was always thin, he hit his thirty's and walla... not so thin anymore. :) You may be one of these people who peak physically as you mature and get a little older. I wish you good health and peace within.
