    Annullment of marriage
I was married in Las Vegas in late Oct of last year. Mywife and I live in los angeles county and recently I have discovered she has a massive drug adiction matched with a problem with alcohol. She has been both verbally and physicallyabusive since being confronted about both. Can I qualify for annullment?

No you will need to file for a divorce. ( assuming you are not talking about a religious annulment in the Catholic Church)

And I am sorry, did you ever meet her before you married, a person who has a massive drug problem today would have had it 3 months ago.
You had to know it when you married her, so why is it now a problem when it was not then?

But you will need to file for divorce.

An annullment is an action to return you to the same relationship you were in (single) before you married, as if the marriage never happened; it is possible and you will need a competent lawyer to advise you.
