    Hi there expert buddy

    I have problem with my weight, I am 182 lbs.. I have a difficult time waking up in the morning. I used to dance belly dancing, but I stop it..
    My friends told me to try to go to GYM, I insist that when I go to GYM, there are tendency that I cannot maintain my routine everyday, just to go GYM. I do believe that when you stop working on GYM, that gives you the greater chance from having fats and gain weight...

    Can you give me some guidelines on how to eliminate fats?
    Can you give the correct food intake?
    What food should I take to stop my starvation?
    Does rice give you more fats?

    Hi,
    Weight loss is directly Dependent on how many calories you eat or drink in one day (24 hours period).
    The average number of calories need by the human body is around 2,000 a day, for no weight gain or loss.
    Get a paper back book of Calories in food, or you can go online, using a search site, and find the calories in the foods you eat and drink.
    Count them up, for a 24 yr period, and if they are more than 2,000, then cut back on the calories.
    You will eventually see weight loss! Good luck.

    Girl let me tell you I am a real person and 182 is so not fat.but if you feel that way maybe you should cut down what you eat.like my mom is over weight but she still eats all the foods she likes and she is losing wieght now because even though she still eats fastfoods she don't eat as much like if she has pizza for lunch she'll eat a salad for dinner.or if she orders for one day out the week the next week she won't order food.and she started dancing again so maybe if you try that you will lose your weight.
