You can check their website below as I did but there is no indication at all saying what happens if frozen. What gives you the impression it is was frozen. Is the actual material separated in any way or curdled? I would suggest you call them to see if it makes any difference to the application of the topical cream. Is there not a closer souce of this medication that you can access?

PopccleI workor a company that picks up air freight and ground freight. Normally medications tat have certain requirements have it labeled on the box. We will also receive that information on the fax to insure that temp requirements are met inroute or if we have to store it. If you believe this has not been met you need to contact the company that shipped it. *edit* We also receive freight/packages that are pre-packed to keep the required temp.
Really appreciate the info.Quote:

Some people are just curious enough, as well as inquisitive enough, to want to know why certain suggestions / orders are issued... with the concurrent information about what happens IF you do not or are not able to follow the instructions to the letter. For instance: I fear my Carac may have gotten overheated... above the suggested temperature but.. there is no information about "what if" this occurs... is it restructured? Dangerous? 'throw away immediately'... what?? I'd like to know, too, about what to do if it (Carac) is exposed to temps below or above those guidelines? Have we ruined the formula? Is it still "good?" Will it injure me if it has been exposed to higher temp. than suggested?? The pamphlet/ Carac site DOES NOT address this.
