Hi- I just saw an episode of 'The Hills" on MTV. Heidi had a Caviar Handbag- it was $2250. Who is the designer? And what does it mean?

The only brand I've ever heard that had a caviar handbag is Chanel. Chanel is very expensive, so this is probably what you saw. I don't watch the hills, so I'm not sure if it's the same one, but Chanel is the most well known caviar handbag seller. They're usually like "quilted" and have the look of many squares on them.
