I have a two years old son and he was circumcised by "well known DR" in jersey
City a couple months back. After a few weeks later we ( parents ) realized that the
Operation was not a successful one. We spoke with this Dr. about that after care and raise
Our concern about this situation. He gave us his word that nothing will happen
Just a few week ago we went to another DR for another reason and mentioned about this
Circumcision and our feeling. He the new Dr told us clearly this was not properly done job
And advice us to contact the ask for explanation.
We called this clinic but he not more there.
Now we are really more concerned about the situation and looking desperately for advice and legal step that we have to take
Please give me any helpful and guiding advice

So you have him treated at another doctor to fix any problem ( if there is one to fix) you never said what the actual problem is.
After you get it fixed, you basically can sue the other doctor for the cost.
