Every time when I am shutting down my computer a message appeared: "Video Accelerator Engine.exe - Dll initialization failed" while windows is shutting down. If I click OK then the same message appears back and then a new window opens up to 'End the Programme' and after it save everything it shuts down automatically.

Please let me know how to solve this problem

What video card are you using. Try going to MSCONFIG (start->run->msconfig) and disabling it from start up. Maybe uninstall and reinstall any video card software you may be running. Lots of time the 3rd party applications that are provided with a video card are useless, just keep the drivers and uninstall everything else and you should be fine

Go to start, search and search for "videoacceleratorengine.exe" once you find it, right click on it and choose delete, restart
