I want to the effective cure to resolve the problem.. advice the problem can be solve by root.

I would suggest you use a hair colour that covers the gray appropriately. Clairol has a good one, but as to solving the problem, it will only mask it. Nothing can be done for premature gray hair on a permanent basis.
