I want to request for my fiancé to come to the United States so that we can marry. I am an American Citizen. But I'm wondering is it best and faster if I marry him in his country Cuba, or is the fiancé way the best way and if so how long does it usually take once the papers are filed.

The rules for immigration from Cuba is very different than any other nation, in fact illegals coming from Cuba have rights to stay by just getting here.

There is ( or at least) was a lottery system allowing 20,000 to come to the US each year.

You really need an immigratoin attorney to start work on the paper work
