    ToShiba,

I don't know why you feel the way you, but please let's talk about it before you ruin a perfectly workable life!

Other than suicide, what is going on in your mind? What was you day like today?

Good Evening Tosheba! Depression is the number one reason why people think or commit suicide. Have you talked to your doctor/priest/minister... etc.. First, I would talk to a doctor and see if there is any kind of medication to be put on. If anything else, see about checking yourself into some place that can give you help/treatment for your depression.

I wish you the best of luck. You are among friends here. Please keep talking, that's what we're here for.

    Hi, Toshiba!

If you share, we will come! Please share with us!

I don't know why you feel the way that you do now. However, my being someone who is clinically depressed and who has felt the way that you do, I can definitely identify what it feels like to be thinking the way that you are.

You know I think all of us may have at least thought of it once and in while, life can be tough, and things go wrong. But in the end, there is no way to fix death, and guess what, when you are at the very bottom, heck things can't get too much worst only better.

I first start by looking at what I have, so we know you have use of the internet, you can type, and you can see and read and write,
You may be homeless using the public library, but you are still one step ahead of a lot of people. So that is my first step, to count what blessing I have, not the bad things that have just happened to me.

What I do, is I start helping others, when I feel at the worst, I force myself to go and do something for someone else, in giving and helping, I often find some level of relief from my own pain.

I remember walking a cell block in one of Georgias worst prisons, there was a man there who once told me, he wished a tornado would hit the building, that was the only way he would ever havd a chance to walk out past the gates. He was there for life, but guess what, he also loved life, and often would talk and cheer us up when we were down. To you and me, he had no reason to live, but for him, life was what you did with what you had, no matter where and how you were at the time

Perhaps, you have the problem of widely swinging moods?
Are you a young person going through the process of making yourself into an adult?

Anyway, you must get immediate help... make an appointment with a psychiatrist so you can be evaluated! The longer you let problems of depression and other illnesses continue on untreated, the more entrenched the problems become.

    Best wishes,

Hi Tosheba. U find it so because u had not set some clear goals for the year for u... u really need to look upon it and u really need to speak ureself out to one whom u trust the most. Until n unless u don't communicate u will not find the answer to it...
