Over flow of condensate bowl when furnace is running
I have a Goodman Furnace - Model CAPF061D2A. When heating the condensate bowl over flows with water. I did not notice this last year. I have piped the condensate bowl into the condensate line from the chiller coil but still have and over flow. Should I order (if available) a larger bowl? What is the furnace doing now that it wasn't doing last year?

Have you tried blowing out your drain lines to make sure they aren't partially blocked. I have a condensate pump on my, it's like a mini sump pump for the furnace.
