    How do I lose 20 pounds fast and easy
    I'm very self conscious about my weight I used to be 120 and now I'm 140 and I feel like I'm getting fatter everyday.. is there a way I can lose wiehgt faster and not unhealthily cause ide like to feel more self confident about myself

    Walking is the best way I have found to lose weight and tone muscles. Even if you just tone your muscles, you carry your body better and look and feel better. If you happen to have back problems and such, swimming is great also. Begin short distance, walk briskly, increase distance by a few yards each day. I got up to three miles per day but took my time getting to that distance. If your legs (shins) get too sore, you won't continue.

    When I have done the best at losing weight was when I was walking and counting fat grams. It was a pain to do at first. I had just a little booklet that listed fat grams for foods. I think I was not to have more than 17 a day or something like that. I was in shock looking at fat grams in foods I was eating. I ate fresh veggies, tuna, chicken, drank lots of water.

    I like that answer above! I just wanted to add that a number of years ago, I lost over twenty pounds in about 45 days. Lots of exercise and eating basically very low fat foods. However, I didn't feel good. More recently, I went from about 250 pounds down to my high school weight of 183 pounds. It took me a year-and-a-half. I did it by exercising regularly (for me, that was riding my bicycle) and trying not to buy any food that was over 4 grams in fat content. I ate a lot of Chinese styled food.

    Now, I am a man. And, I know that losing weight for a woman will be a different issue. Just wanted to tell my story...
