You could try using ovulation predictor kits... if you have irregular cycles you may end up using a lot of tests to narrow down when you ovulate. So I would suggest buying them online. I buy mine at Early Pregnancy Tests and Ovulation Predictor Kits for Home Use they are a lot cheaper and you get more of them.

    Good luck!

Opks, watching for changed in your cm (cervical mucus) and bbt charting (basal body temping. Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com) are the best ways to look for your ovulation timing.everyone has different lengths of cycles, different lengths of period duration and everyone ovulates at different times. The average ovulation timing for a 28 day cycle with 12-14 days after the first day of your period. But that's just an average. So, try those three things for a few months. Also, keep in mind, it takes most healthy couples up to 12 months of trying to conceive naturally before successful.after you've been actively trying for a year, it is a good idea for you both to pay a visit to your doctor. Also, depending on what type of bc(if any) you were using in the past, that could also be having an impact on your ability to conceive. For example, the pill takes about 3 months to get out of your system. Compared to the shot, that can take up to 18 months. Good luck to you!
