Corporate tax filings in different states
    Hello Sir/Madem,
My questions are regarding corporate taxes. I am planning to open a corporation in VA state as most of the income comes from VA. I am a resident of NJ and I have employees/partners working remotely from OH state.

    1) Do I have to register my Corp as foreign corporation in OH & NJ to pay salary for OH and NJ employees/partners, even though no income is generated form these states?
    2) Is it possible to run payroll of OH state and NJ states from a corporation of VA ?
    3) Do I have to file corporate tax returns in OH & NJ states after filing in VA ?

    Thank you

These are VERY complex tax questions that go beyond the scope of my expertise.

I suspect the same applies for the other tax experts as well.

Regardless, you should get professional tax help with someone with experience in corporate tax returns.
