Your on the slim side, actually. Are you trying to lose more weight? Or just tone up? If what you want to do is tone up your body, the question is, Are your exercising now? There are a lot of aerobics, and resistance/weight training that will tone your body, along with walking, biking, swimming, dancing, cardio, I'm just not sure exactly what your asking. If you want to lose weight, I don't believe I can advise you, it wouldn't be a healthy choice, in my opinion.

Well that's a good start, add some aerobics, weight/resistance training to your program to give you an overall body workout. Weight training is a form of aerobic exercise which burns more glycogen than body fat. But working out with weights will increase your lean body mass and really tone up your body. Work out for 30-60 minutes 4-5 times a week. Biking, swimming, are also great for toning.
