Razor bumps are caused by irritation from shaving. After you shave, the strands of hair will curl back on themselves and grow into the skin, resulting in bumps. You can using an alpha hydroxy cream or lotion. This will remove the dead skin cells and help clear up the bumps.

Baby oil

Try a loofa when you shower or bathe to remove the dead skin. Loofas are wonderful to smooth out rough elbows andknees as well. I've used them for years.
