I have just purchased a house with two Kohler toilets and the water in the bowl is filling higher than necessary. I have tried adjusting the riser valve which only lowers the water in the tank, not the bowl. Any suggestions. Blueleader10:)

I have heard of people going to the local convenience store and buying the 1 liter jug of chocolate milk and drinking it. Tastes really good.
Oh, and then filling jug with sand/dirt and put cap on it and then put it in the tank. Now your tank will have 1L less water, but volume (i.e. water level in tank) remains the same. More efficient, as long as it works.
Just remove jug if it doesn't work.

Another way to lpwer the level in the bowl would be to unhook the little tube that runs over to the overflow tube and let it fill into the tank. This tube meters water into the bowl as the tank fills, removing it will limit the volume that goes back into the bowl as the tank fills. Either way will reduce the amount of water that enters the bowl. Regards, Tom
