Install 3 inch toilet drain in concrete slab
I want to add a new toilet to the laundry room in our garage which is located on a concrete slab. The plumbing is already installed for a laundry sink and a washer. This will require adding a 3 inch pvc drain for a toilet that will have to be installed through the concrete slab which will be inches away from an exterior wall. How should I go about breaking up the slab to install the new 3 inch drain and how will I tie it in to the existing waster system?

You will have to break up the slab over to the house sewer main and cut in a wye or combination wye and eighth bend. You may then run over to a closet bend installed 12' to center off the stud plate or 11 1/2" off a finished wall.
    Good luck, Tom
