If some one married to me and I just found out he was using me for the green card and money then I was trying to file for divorce after 5 years of marriage he doesn't want me to divorce him until he gets his citizen ship ,because its faster ,he wants me to lie for the immigration other wise he will sue me for half of salary and the equity of my house ,I hired attorney but I don't have a piece of mined yet ,is this possible for some one like that to win, Help me:confused:

He sounds desperate. I don't think he can sue you for half your salary and equity. He is using scare tactics to get what he wants. If I were you I wouldn't put what you have in jeopardy by lying for him. I personally would not want someone like him to have citizenship.
