    Can't find wife and need devorce
    I am a retired service member and married to a citezen of Panama. I have no Idea of her where abouts. I need a devorce and can not find out where she is at to get this done HELP!!

    Hopefully you live in a state in the U.S. Your state of residence provides law for divorce. Within that law are the rules pertaining to filing a complaint for divorce, service of the complaint, etc. You need to consult with a competent family lawyer. Your state bar association may have consumer pamphlets on the subject, but you need a lawyer.

    Yes, if you live in the US, while it can take a few months it is not impossible. You will need an attorney or a very good paralegal if one is allowed to be used in your state without an attorney.

    You file for divorse and will have to follow all the rules for looking for the other partner, and then their will be rules as to publishing it in the newspaper.
