    Post judgement interest.
I recently received a judgment in my name from a credit card debt. The lawyers office contacted me and said I would also have to pay a post interest fee. I questioned them about this because I do not recall the judge saying anything about a post interest fee. Is this something I have to pay or do I only pay what the judge says I owe? Is the lawyers office trying to get more money off me?

You need to get a copy of the judgement and read it. The rate of interest on judgements is set by state law.
