Hey,
I really need help on my skills because today I had practice and we were going over new plays and I mess up on one of my plays and I was getting so fustrated and then one of the players got fustrated and I think she fustrated at me because I keep on messing up and my coach was fustrated too and she was so fustrated that she went out to the lobby and she was mad and one of are players help me out. Then she talk to all us. Then after practice I talk to my parents about what happen at practice. See look my coach don't encourge me at all and I practice hard everyday and she don't even help me or the other player in practice, but she help everybody else and that's not being as a team and she said that she ain't going say anything if we mess up and she think I don't knoe my plays, but I do. I knoe in my heart that I can do it, but I have to prove her wrong and show that I can do it. So can anybody help me on my skillls and tell any good advice and tips.

Can anybody give me any links about basketball tips and offensive and deffense play and more about small forward and guard.:( :(
